Glucuronolactone

A natural metabolite found in the human body. It is produced by the metabolization of glucose in the liver. It has been shown to reduce sleepiness.

Benefits include: boosting energy, decreasing drowsiness and improving alertness and reaction time.

There seems to be no information on side effects from just the glucuronolactone alone.  When searching, all I've found is information on side effects from energy drinks in general.  The normal, increased blood pressure.
